To qualify for a return:

  • All hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use.
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Electrical components, once opened or installed (e.g., lighting kits, wiring harnesses).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Fitment Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify fitment before installation. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle:

  • Please consult our Fitment Guide or contact our Support Team before ordering.
  • Returns due to incorrect fitment (when the product matches your order) are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Return Process

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  3. Carefully package the item to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
